Awwwww to be young, curious and about to enter the wonderful world of college…I remember those days like it was yesterday. Unfortunately for me, it was quite some time ago…haha!!! I have to admit I loved high school. I thought it was so fun—there was so much to do, see, learn, experience, etc. I had fun going to school, hanging out with my friends, going to sporting events, proms, banquets, etc. The best part about it all was that my only responsibility was attending school and doing my homework…the rest of life’s worries, responsibilities, bills, etc. weren’t even a care in my mind…awwwww those were the days 🙂
In almost a month’s time the school year will be coming to a close once again. The Class of 2013 will soon be on their way to make their mark in this big, beautiful world of ours. Meet Matthew. He is one of Hawaii’s soon to be graduates. He belongs to one of my best and fabulous friends—Annie. He is her firstborn and he has a personality just like hers. Mattie is a happy go-lucky kind of guy who rolls with the ebb and flow of life. He is funny, bright and has a heart as big as this world of ours. He makes his parents proud—you should see his mama smile from ear to ear when she sees his happy face 🙂
Congratulations on a job well done Mattie!!! You did it and you will soon be off to venture out into the world. Enjoy your time in college because it zips by in a flash!!! I can’t wait to see where your paths in life take you 🙂 Have fun and I wish you the best on your next journey in life!!!
