One of my all time favorite pastimes is going to the Punahou Carnival. It is held annually every year at the end of January/beginning of February. I guess, because I have gone to the carnival every year since I was practically born, I just LOVE this and every carnival!!! I love hearing the sounds of the rides, the music, the energy, the games, the food and of course my number one favorite—CARAMEL APPLES!!! Even if I don’t have time to play games or ride a ride…I will always go and buy a caramel apple!!! Always.
Today and tomorrow it’s Punahou Carnival time!!! Have fun and maybe I’ll see you there!!!
** Side note…I unfortunately have no images from the Punahou Carnival…how sad, because I go every year. Oh well…an image 0f Korean cotton candy will have to do!!! **
I miss going to this, but my memories are of mud and food. Have the bad pizza and Portuguese bean soup for me!
